Welcome to meatKompany.

 These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (meatkompany.com) and the purchase of our products.

 By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.


Product Nature and Price Adjustments

  • Perishability

     All products sold are highly perishable. Proper storage (refrigeration or freezing) is the customer's responsibility immediately upon delivery.

  • Weight Variance

     Meat is a natural product cut to order. While we aim for exactness, final weights may vary by +/- 10%.

  • Billing Adjustments

     If the delivered weight is significantly lower than the weight ordered, meatKompany will either:

  1. Adjust the balance in your next bill (for recurring/registered customers), or

  2. Initiate a refund to your original payment method for the difference.

  • Visual Representation

     Images on the site are for illustrative purposes. Actual cuts may vary in marbling, color, and bone structure.

Ordering and Pricing

  • Account Security

     You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • Pricing

     Prices are subject to market fluctuations. The price at the time of checkout is final, inclusive of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Delivery Policy

  • The Cold Chain: 

     We guarantee the cold chain until the point of delivery.

  • Delivery Slots

     We will attempt delivery within your selected window. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen logistical constraints.

  • Recipient Availability

     Due to food safety protocols, if no one is available to receive the order at the address provided during the delivery window, the order will be marked as "Failed Delivery." No refunds will be issued for failed deliveries as perishable products cannot be safely returned to stock or resold.

Cancellation and Modifications

  • Mandatory Process

     Cancellations cannot be made through the website or email alone. To cancel an order, you must call our Support Team directly at +91--------

  • Confirmation

     A cancellation is only considered valid once it has been confirmed by a member of our support team over the phone.

  • Timelines

     Immediate/Express Orders

     Once processing begins (usually within 5 minutes of placement), cancellations are generally not possible.

Scheduled Orders

 Requests must be confirmed via phone at least 4 hours before the start of your delivery slot.

Returns and Refund Policy

  • Inspection at Doorstep

     We strongly encourage customers to inspect the product upon delivery.

  • Eligibility

     Returns/refunds are only processed if:

  1. The packaging is tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery.

  2. The item delivered is incorrect.

  3. The product has passed its "Use By" date at the time of delivery.

  • Exclusions

     We do not accept returns based on "change of mind" or subjective preferences.

  • Reporting

     Any issues must be reported within 2 hours of delivery with photographic evidence provided to our support team.

Limitation of Liability

meatKompany shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.

 Our maximum liability is limited to the total value of the order in question.

Intellectual Property

All content on meatkompany.com, including logos, text, and images, is the exclusive property of meatKompany.

 Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
